Just discovered that recent models of the PS3 are not backwards compatible with PS2 games.

WTF, Sony? WHYYYYY???

FML, there goes all my big plans to upgrade the only DVD player I have to something with a blu-ray player.

But yeah, the PS3. What a letdown. On the plus side, it’s only 300 bucks now!
